L’assemblea dei Francesi all’estero (AFE) è l’assemblea rappresentativa dei Francesi all’estero. Il suo scopo è quello di permettere, nonostante l’allontanamento, di partecipare alla vita nazionale e di difendere gli interessi dei Francesi residenti all’estero. .L’AFE ha il compito di informare il governo su tutte le questioni riguardanti i Francesi all’estero.
Dal mese di agosto 2004, l’Assemblea dei Francesi all’estero sostituisce il Consiglio superiore dei Francesi all’estero.

The British Community Committee (BCC) is a Loi 1901 Association of many years' standing, which has the role of representing the British Community. The Committee has two categories of members :

• Associations with a British link, whether charitable, educational, religious, social, sporting, professional, etc.
• 15 Individual Members of the British Community who are interested in active participation in the coordination of British Community activities.

The BCC is, to all intents and purposes, the Association of British Associations in France. We do not in any way substitute ourselves for our Members in organising events. Our goal is simply to publicise the existence of our Members so that British citizens in France, or Anglophiles where our Members do not limit membership to Britons, know who to contact to join. We also collect information on events being organised by our Members, with the aim of giving a warning if there appears to be a clash between similar events and also to communicate the list of events to Members. Additionally, in years where there are major British or Franco-British events - such as the Entente Cordiale in 2004 or the Jubilee in 2002 - the BCC will promote these amongst our Members and, when appropriate, assist in the organisation of a keystone event for the benefit of the whole British Community.

Los Consejos de Residentes Españoles (en adelante, CRE) son órganos consultivos de las Oficinas Consulares en las cuestiones de interés general para la comunidad española de residentes en su demarcación. Desarrollan sus actividades en materia de derechos civiles y laborales, acción educativa, social y cultural a favor de los españoles que integran dicha comunidad y su participación en todos los asuntos de su interés.

Conselho das Comunidades Portuguesas (CCP) é o órgão consultivo do Governo para as políticas relativas à Emigração e às Comunidades Portuguesas e representativo das organizações não governamentais de portugueses no estrangeiro, enquanto expressão de capacidade criativa e integradora e dado o seu particular relevo na manutenção, aprofundamento e desenvolvimento dos laços com Portugal, bem como dos elementos das Comunidades que, não fazendo parte de qualquer dessas organizações, pretendem participar, directa ou indirectamente, na definição e no acompanhamento daquelas políticas.

La Consulta, organismo di collegamento fra le Istituzioni dello Stato ed i cittadini all’estero, istituita nel 1979 e attualmente regolata dalla Legge n.98/’97, ha tra i suoi scopi principali quelli di:

• facilitare il mantenimento di più stretti legami fra i Sammarinesi residenti all’estero e la madrepatria;
• portare direttamente a conoscenza degli uffici della Segreteria di Stato per gli Affari Esteri i problemi che riguardano l’emigrazione sammarinese nel mondo;
• promuovere l’esame, nelle sedi competenti, dei più importanti temi di interesse delle Comunità;
• esprimere l’opinione dei Sammarinesi all’estero sulla politica generale del Paese.

A non-governmental federation of national associations for residents abroad. Founded in 1984 under Belgian private law (of 25.10.1919) with statutes published in the Official Journal of Belgium (Moniteur Belge, Belgisch Staatsblad 9.2.1984, 8.4.1993, 27.1.2006). Its objectives in summary are to:

• Promote international collaboration between the associations of nationals residing abroad and foster development of such associations.
• Advance the study and knowledge in the widest sense of the rights and duties of the Europeans abroad and to act towards all authorities as their spokesman and defender.
• Perform studies and joint activities in the spirit of the European Union, and disseminate information.
• Contribute to international life and bring together the people.

The Europeans throughout the world based in Brussels is governed by a General Assembly and a Board while the President and the Secretary General is in charge of the management of the association. The financial resources stem from the membership fees, subsidies from European and national bodies, gifts and other income. Sponsoring bodies may enter a committee of donors. It serve the more than five million European nationals living in Europe in another country than their own and the tens of million Europeans living around in the world.

Il Consiglio degli Svizzeri all'estero (CSE) difende di fronte alle autorità e all'opinione pubblica in Svizzera gli interessi di tutti gli svizzeri e di tutte le svizzere all'estero. È per questo che i media lo qualificano spesso come il «Parlamento della Quinta Svizzera». Può vantare numerosi e importanti successi a favore della Quinta Svizzera.

L'UFBE défend en Belgique les intérêts de tous les Belges à l'étranger. Elle aide spécialement ses membres à résoudre les problèmes de tout ordre qui se posent à eux avant leur départ, pendant leur séjour hors du pays, ou à leur retour:

• Problèmes fiscaux et de douane, en Belgique et à l'étranger;
• Problèmes administratifs
• Problèmes sociaux
• Problèmes d'enseignement
• Problèmes d'emploi (recherche d'emploi, contrat de travail, allocations de chômage, etc.)
• Problèmes fondamentaux (double nationalité, recouvrement de la nationalité belge, droit de vote, etc.)
